Refunds
Printify handles refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on the issue:
Damaged or defective products
If you report the issue to Printify within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders or 45 days for international orders, you may be eligible for a refund or free replacement. You’ll need to provide a clear photo of the issue using the “Submit issue” form. If the issue affects multiple products, you may need to include a photo or video of all affected items in the same frame. Printify will issue the refund to your Printify account balance, which you can then withdraw to your original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund will be returned to your original payment source.
Lost in transit
If your order is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, you’ll only receive a refund for the product price.
Reprint issue
If there are issues with a reprint, you can notify Printify Merchant Support and they’ll issue a full order refund to your Printify account within one business day. Printify’s Terms of Service outline the errors they take full responsibility for.
